We live in Rancho Estates trailer park and we are very happy here. We live on a fixed income and the lot rent going up every year will eventually force us out and we love it here we have great neighbors which are to come by we watch each other's homes when any of us are out of town.

Best park in Fernley! Office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Park is well kept, residents are friendly, and the atmosphere is safe and inviting.
