Hike in the Spring Mountains
The Spring Mountains National Recreation Area is the perfect place to go hiking in the Spring Mountains. Golf is yet another sport played on Fernley’s historic links. Spring Mountain course: 9 holes, designed by Donald Ross, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The course dates back to 1913, and it played host to the Western Open in 1916 and ’17.
